These terms govern your use of kurrajongquarters.com and any purchase you make from Kurrajong Quarters. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we accept your order when we send a confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your card is charged at the time of order.
4. Shipping & delivery
See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs. Title and risk in goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns & cancellations
See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
6. Product information
Many of our pieces are handmade. Slight variations in colour, grain, weave or finish are a feature, not a defect. We try to represent products accurately, but on-screen colours may differ from the physical item.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, branding — is owned by Kurrajong Quarters or used with permission. You may not reproduce it without our written consent.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they were last changed.
