Refund Policy

At Kurrajong Quarters, we want you to love everything you receive. If a piece isn’t right, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

How to request a refund

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll reply within one business day with return instructions and a return address.
  • Pack the item securely — we recommend the original packaging.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. Bank processing times may add a further 3–10 business days.

Return shipping

Customers cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we will reimburse reasonable return postage and arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Items we cannot refund

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or wear.
  • Custom or commissioned pieces (unless faulty).
  • Sale items marked “final sale”.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
