Shipping Policy

We ship from our studio in West End, Brisbane to addresses across Australia. Orders are packed by hand, usually within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Delivery times
- Brisbane & South East QLD: 2–4 business days
- Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart: 4–7 business days
- Perth, Darwin, regional & remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can vary with Australia Post network conditions.
Shipping costs
- Standard tracked: AUD $9.95 flat rate
- Express tracked: AUD $14.95 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on orders over AUD $150.00
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number. All parcels are sent signature-on-delivery to protect your purchase.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
International shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. International enquiries are welcome — please get in touch.
