Cancellation Policy

Plans change. You can cancel any order placed with Kurrajong Quarters at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to cancel

• Email [email protected] with your order number and the subject line “Cancel order”.
• Or phone the studio on +61 7 4517 7058 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm AEST).

If your order has already shipped

Once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post we can no longer cancel it. In that case, please follow our Refund Policy — return the item unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Custom & commissioned pieces

For pieces made to order, cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of the order being placed. After that, materials are sourced and work has begun, so we’re unable to refund the deposit.

Refund timing

Cancellation refunds are processed within 5 business days. Bank processing may add a further 3–10 business days.
